Here’s a quote from the owner, Ron Bartfield, taken from WMBF News:

If you come here and you have 20 cars on this race track at four-tenths of a mile, it looks like you got 60 cars down at the MB Speedway. With it being narrow and walls on both sides, and the grandstands being so close, that 120 mph car looks might fast from the person sitting in the grandstands.”

3. Darlington Raceway

Built in 1950, the course holds close to 50,000 attendees and provides a true professional Nascar experience hosting some of the industry’s top drivers.

4. Darlington Dragway

5. Twin Lakes Golf Club

If you are looking for a slower paced outdoor activity near Dillon, SC Twin Lakes Golf Club is the place for you. The course covers over 6,100 acres of golf terrain, 18 holes, 2 ponds and multiple sand bunkers. Making it a great course for both experienced golfers and vacationers looking for a casual day out on the links. 

The course is located in Hamer, South Carolina, less than 10 minutes from Bass Lake Campground.
